Terms and Conditions for the AI Plugin Fixing Service

1. Scope of the Service

This service is intended to fix WordPress plugins generated by artificial intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) that do not work as intended. The goal is to correct existing code so that the plugin functions properly.

This is not a full development or rewrite service. Plugins that are incomplete, poorly structured, or require major architectural changes may be declined or quoted separately.

2. What’s Included

Each package includes:

  • Review of the AI-generated plugin code

  • Correction of syntax and logic errors

  • Debugging of issues that prevent the plugin from working

  • Minor improvements for WordPress compatibility

  • A brief summary of the fixes applied

3. What’s Not Included

The following are not included in the base service packages:

  • Full rewrites or complete redevelopment of the plugin

  • Major refactoring or architecture changes

  • Design work, UI customization, or frontend styling

  • Addition of new features not present in the original AI-generated plugin

  • Ongoing maintenance or future updates (unless agreed separately)

If during review it becomes clear that the plugin requires work beyond the package scope, the client will be notified and can choose between:

  • Cancelling the service (with full refund)

  • Receiving a separate quote for extended work

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Submit their AI-generated plugin code in a ZIP file or clearly organized folder structure

  • Provide a short explanation of what the plugin is intended to do

  • Ensure they have the legal right to use and share the submitted code

5. Delivery Time

Delivery times are indicated per package and count in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays), starting from the time all required materials are received.

If no specific delivery time is stated for a custom or non-standard package, the default delivery time is 7 business days.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed excluding VAT. If applicable, VAT will be added at checkout based on your billing country.

Payment is required upfront. Work will begin once payment and all necessary files have been received.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • A full refund is available if the plugin is reviewed and deemed unfixable within the package scope.

  • No refunds are provided once the service has been delivered.

8. Confidentiality

All code, data, and materials submitted by the client will be kept strictly confidential. The provider agrees not to share, reuse, or distribute any part of the client’s plugin.

An NDA (non-disclosure agreement) can be signed upon request.

9. Liability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. While every effort is made to ensure the corrected plugin is functional and secure, the provider does not guarantee:

  • That the plugin will remain bug-free in all environments

  • Compatibility with all WordPress themes or third-party plugins

The client is responsible for testing the plugin before using it in a live environment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the provider’s jurisdiction.
