In which cases can I take advantages of the “technical support” service?
Our Technical Support Service is for you if:
- You need help with something small you on your WordPress website and want us to do it for you
- You have a problem on your WordPress website you don’t know how to solve
- Your problem can be quickly solved by an expert with lots of experience, this package is not for complex requests, but for problems an expert can solve in a couple of minutes to a few hours, and beginners would need a lot more time. It doesn’t include activities as speed optimisation, restyling…, but if e.g. you think your website is loading very slow because of a problem that can be quickly found and solved by an expert, this package can be for you.
- You need an expert who can quickly solve a specific problem you have on your WordPress website
How long time do you need to solve my problem?
We offer two packages:
- Normal WP Techincal Support: we will solve your problem within 72 hours
- Urgent WP Techincal Support: we will solve your problem within 36 hours
What happens if you need more time than expected?
If you buy the Urgent WP Technical Support package, but we need more than 36 hours to solve the problem, we will inform you before 36 hours. Then you can decide if you want to downgrade to the Normal WP Technical Support package or have all the money back. If you decide on the downgrade, we will try to solve the problem within 72 hours.
If you have already bought the normal WP Technical Support package, or you passed from the urgent to the normal package, and we are not able to solve the problem within 72 hours, we will let you know, and if you wish we will give you the money back.
What will you need to solve my problem?
To solve your problem we need:
- A detailed description of the problem in one of these languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian.
- Your WordPress website URL. In case the issue occurs on a specific page, the URL of that page.
- A WordPress administrator log-in data.
- A FTP user log-in data.
