Terms and Conditions – Plugin Update Rescue: Annual Protection Plans

1. Overview

Plugin Update Rescue is a yearly subscription service designed to protect your WordPress site from plugin-related issues following updates performed by you. If a plugin update breaks your site, we will fix the issue at no additional cost during your active subscription.

2. What’s Included

During the active subscription period, the following services are included:

  • Diagnosis and repair of issues caused by plugin updates (initiated by you).

  • Manual file edits, database corrections, or plugin rollbacks when necessary.

  • Priority email support for plugin-related issues after updates.

3. What’s Not Included

This service does not cover:

  • Issues not related to plugin updates (e.g., theme changes, hosting problems, custom code not related to plugins).

  • Plugins that are nulled, modified versions of commercial plugins, or not sourced from reputable marketplaces (e.g., WordPress.org, CodeCanyon, official vendor websites).

  • Malware removal or security hardening.

  • Preventative maintenance (e.g., backups or staging deployments before updates).

  • Updates or fixes performed without our knowledge that interfere with troubleshooting.

4. Your Responsibilities

To benefit from Plugin Update Rescue, you agree to:

  • Perform updates yourself (this service does not include automatic updates).

  • Contact us within 7 days of detecting an issue after an update.

  • Provide administrative access to your WordPress dashboard and FTP or hosting panel credentials.

  • Avoid making additional changes or attempting fixes yourself while support is in progress.

5. Response Time

We aim to respond to all support requests within 1-2 business days depending on your chosen plan, and to resolve most plugin-related issues within 1 business day, depending on complexity.

6. Subscription Term and Renewal

  • The service is sold as an annual subscription and is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

  • The subscription will be automatically renewed unless it is cancelled

  • You can cancel the subscription at any time or ask us to do it for you

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel the service at any time, but no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

  • We don’t offer any refunds for this service.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure reliable service, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of data, business interruption, or revenue due to plugin failures.

  • Incompatibility introduced by third-party changes.

  • Issues caused by improper use of plugins or a lack of backups.

You are strongly advised to maintain regular backups of your website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Menorca, Spain.
